Acceptable use
Users must use Vibe Pattaya lawfully, respectfully, and only for genuine property discovery, inquiry, agent contact, and related account activity.
Property information disclaimer
Property details, availability, prices, images, and descriptions may change. Users should confirm all material information directly with the relevant agent, owner, or professional advisor before making decisions.
Premium access terms
Premium Buyer Access is a one-time, non-renewing 7-day pass providing enhanced buyer features and agent contact options, purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. It does not automatically renew or recur. Access is subject to availability, eligibility, payment status, and the current product rules shown at the time of purchase. Purchases are billed and processed entirely by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's own refund policies (reportaproblem.apple.com), not directly by Vibe Pattaya.
Agent terms and Verified Agent status
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of the listings and information they submit. Verified Agent status is optional, requires identity verification, and is governed by our separate KYC Policy. Vibe Pattaya may suspend or revoke Verified Agent status, or take other account action, for false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent submissions.
Account suspension and termination
Vibe Pattaya may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support@vibepattaya.net.
Intellectual property
The Vibe Pattaya name, brand, interface, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Vibe Pattaya and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
Vibe Pattaya provides a property discovery and connection service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Pattaya is not liable for indirect losses, property transaction outcomes, or third-party representations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of Vibe Pattaya will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
